About Our Business
Bull City Paint Company was founded by Travis Tankersley. I am a native of Winston-Salem North Carolina and attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
- I have been in the paint industry for over thirteen years.
- I began my career working as a manager for Sherwin-Williams Paint Company for six years before starting my own painting company in 2004.
- I started my business out as "TNT Painting Company" and worked under that name until June 2010 when I incorporated the business and changed the name to Bull City Paint Company.
- I have worked very hard to build my business on my reputation for excellent and efficient painting work. I have a simple policy “Do what you say you are going to do” and I strive to do just that with every job.
We stay on the cutting edge of the painting industry and conservation movements.
We use low voc “green” paint whenever possible.
